People say, 'write a book', well millions have written books, wrote blogs, and articles. I followed that advice and wrote a book...my dream. The wish to have all Americans recognized and applauded for their contributions to this great country..

This is not your parent's history book, it isn't the one you grew up hating to read and it isn't the history being taught to the students of today. Beads on a String-Racially Intertwined Biographical History includes all races and ethnicities. We can all see a bit of ourselves within the covers and would improve self esteem in children if used on the daily.

And a beautiful dream it is! I got started reading Beads on a String last year, not long after I finished "Who will Hug the Sun," and got seriously side tracked. But it is true; we see a bit of ourselves, and seeing bits of ourselves, relating to the bits and pieces in others, is never a bad thing.
As far as projects in the hands of public? Gosh. Everyone's a pro.(That was sarcasm)
I'm not a pro. But I notice so many people ranting and angry that their way isn't everyone else's way. I believe we have to research and pave our own path. It's there, we just have to find it -- ourselves. And if it were easy, everyone would be bestselling effortlessly. There's just no one way to make it, but there's only one way to remain humble along the way, that's for sure. And that way is: Just be humble and enjoy the journey.
You're so right. Sometimes I get a bit frustrated with the rocks in the road. Most of the time I kick them aside and keep on going, though.
I agree with you the both of you. We all are on the same journey; too bad, too many pretend that's not the situation.
Thanks for stopping by, Kenneth. It is a shame, I wish I knew the solution beyond the book.
